Free shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders above 150 EUR. Free shipping will be automatically added.
Free returns
Our return policy is simple: you will return. But if you need to return any item for any reason, you can return the order in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase. Simply send us an email with your order number to our email: support@owenstitch.com, and we will prepare a shipping label for you.
Free personal pickup
We offer free pickup for all orders. After you receive notification about pickup, visit the OWEN STITCH factory in Prague. Navigate to our address: Jana Zelivskeho 2200/2; our opening hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Express shipping
We offer expedited worldwide shipping with DHL Express at a flat rate of 29 EUR.

Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the order price. Please note that for the United States, orders above 800 USD will be subject to additional duties payable to your local authorities on the receipt of your delivery.
