What worked then, works now, and with good reason. The pattern of these jeans is inspired by the gold miners of the Pacific Northwest gold rush, where the original denim construction was rigorously field-tested.
Original Raw Indigo
Dry selvedge with a deep indigo warp, unbleached, legacy ecru weft and tight construction. The warp is first dyed in a dark sulfur dye and subsequently in indigo. This dyeing technique gives it a deep and muted indigo blue.
Japanese Selvage Denim
Our denim is woven on original Toyoda shuttle looms, resulting in a tightly woven fabric with a self-finished edge. This process requires craftsmanship and attention to detail, resulting in long-lasting material.
